Memory Vision - Nuit Blanche - 2007-09-29 - Canadian Music Centre, 20 St Joseph St, Toronto, ON, M4Y 1J9Using recordings of Bill Gilliam’s electro-acoustic compositions and performance collaborations with sound poet Penn Kemp, visual artist Gera Dillon has created multi-media works combined with pieces by visual artists Arnold Wytenburg and Luke Gilliam into this presentation. The underlying themes and interpretations of this music and imagery are based on myth, memory vision and metaphors of the subconscious. |
